Having lived a large part of his life abroad, in dynamic cities like New York, the Hamptons, and Florida for a decade, Tim's diverse experiences also include two years in Malaysia and time in Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China and Bali. He even ventured into the entrepreneurial realm by opening a restaurant in Soho, New York. These vibrant locations, each a melting pot of cultures, left an indelible mark on Tim, fostering a deep appreciation for architecture, innovation, and the transformative power of design. Tim's educational background at Parsons Design School in New York City fuelled his passion for culture and art, shaping the foundation for many of his recommendations and anecdotes today. With over 25 years in property, Tim has created a list of contacts and is able to reach almost anyone. Felicity is the Head of Operations at Fortis Advisors, where she oversees all back-office functions, administration, marketing, and compliance. Her role is integral to ensuring smooth operations, from coordinating internal processes to providing valuable support to both clients and colleagues. With 8 years of experience in residential recruitment, Felicity has built a strong foundation by setting up the business support desk at her previous firm and establishing an extensive network within the estate agency world. Known for her highly organised approach, Felicity thrives in client-facing environments, where her personable nature and attention to detail foster strong, lasting relationships. Outside of Fortis, Felicity enjoys life in East Sussex with her husband and dog, Otis. A lover of the outdoors, she spends her free time with friends and family, walking and exploring the countryside and of course, indulging in a good pub lunch!

As the Founder and President of the Arts Global Foundation and the leader of Art Global Enterprises, Heather’s influence extends across the global arts community. In recognition of her remarkable contributions, Heather was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in 2014 for her outstanding services to the arts.

Christiaan works as a Consultant at Fortis Advisors, drawing on his diverse background in business development, real estate, and investment analysis. He specialises in facilitating sale and acquisition processes and sourcing new opportunities. With experience across family offices, investment firms, and entrepreneurial ventures, Christiaan is adept at identifying strategic opportunities and fostering meaningful relationships. Having lived in multiple countries, Christiaan is fluent in several languages, including French and Spanish, enabling him to navigate global markets and cross-cultural environments with ease. Christiaan holds a Master’s degree from IE Business School and a Bachelor’s in International Relations. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, and exploring new culinary traditions.

Alessandra joined Fortis Advisors as a consultant specialising in Lettings and Sales. With her extensive network and outstanding communicational skills, she has a great ability to connect the right people with the right opportunities. Her deep market knowledge, attention to detail, and personalised approach ensure that every client feels supported and confident in their decisions. Alessandra holds a Master’s degree in Business, has lived in several countries and is fluent in French, Spanish, German, Italian, and English.
