Working with Fortis Advisors means embarking on a collaborative journey to prepare your property for a successful market debut. We conduct a thorough analysis to determine the ideal sales strategy for achieving the best outcome—whether through a discreet off-market approach, limited visibility to industry insiders and select buyers, or a full online launch. Throughout the process, Fortis Advisors will act with integrity and dedication, faithfully representing your needs and keeping you informed at every stage.

How Itworks

Step 1. Property Market Appraisal

A member of the Fortis team will visit your property, get to know you, and conduct a property assessment. Following this, we’ll provide a detailed written overview.

Step 2. Appoint Fortis Advisors

Once a price and fee have been agreed, we’d be delighted to act on your behalf!

Step 3. Documentation

We’ll provide our heads of terms and request KYC (Know Your Client), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation, and, if applicable, corporate due diligence for a company sale.

Step 4. Marketing Material

We’ll coordinate photography, floor plans, and the EPC, then, after discussing the strategy, we’ll launch the property either On or Off the market.

Step 5. Optmising Viewings

A member of the team will personally conduct all viewings, ensuring you receive expert guidance throughout. We never delegate viewings to inexperienced agents.

Step 6. Negotiation and Consideration of Offers

We’ve negotiated countless sales. We carefully guide and advise our clients whilst evaluating each offer on its merits, always striving to secure the best possible price.

Step 7. Instruct your Solicitor

If you have a preferred solicitor, please introduce us. If not, we’re happy to help you choose the ideal candidate to assist with the process.

Step 8. Agreeing the Sale

We will only agree to a sale on your behalf once we have full disclosure on the purchaser, including proof of funds, AML documentation, and details of their solicitor.

Step 9. Keeping the Sale Moving

This often-overlooked aspect of the sale is crucial—momentum, intent, and effective management are key to its success.

Step 10. Exchange and Completion

Finally, we reach the destination—exchange of contracts with the deposit, and set a completion date that aligns with our client’s needs.
